I cannot take a day off from my work. How can I fight my ticket?

For traffic tickets, your appearance in court is usually not necessary. If you have provided us all necessary information and other formalities, then we can fight your ticket on your behalf. You need not to take a day off from your work.

I got a traffic ticket. Are there any deadlines to fight the ticket?

Yes. A trial to fight the ticket should be requested within fifteen days. Please try to contact us within 5 to 7 days of receiving your ticket so we can collect all necessary information and file it on time. In some cases, we can help you even if you missed the fifteen days deadline.

What happens if I ignore my ticket and take no action?

If within 15 days from ticket receiving date, you do not respond to the court indicated on the reverse of the offence notice, the court will assume that you don’t want to dispute the charge. Then you may be convicted and imposed the set fine as per offence.
